Where do I pick up my bag?

At the shop: Platinum Plaza, first floor, shop F17. Place a pickup order on the website or with the assistant and we keep it aside for you under your order reference.

Yes. KES 200 in Nairobi CBD (same day for orders in by 3pm); KES 300 to Westlands, Parklands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Lavington (same day for orders in by 1pm); KES 350 to Ngong Road, Karen, Langata, South B and C, Thika Road, Kasarani, Roysambu, Ruaka, Kahawa and Eastlands (same or next day); and KES 500 by courier outside Nairobi (one to two days). The website works out the fee when you choose your area.

M-Pesa or cash when you collect, or when the bag is delivered. Nothing is paid on the website.

How do I know a bag is still available?

The website shows stock live, and says "Only 2 left" when there are few. The assistant can check any bag for you too.

What is my collection?

Create an account on the website and heart the bags you love. They are saved to your collection so you can build it bag by bag, and your orders show up there too.
